Founder Judy Ann Jaeger, recognized equity and diversity specialist

Judy Ann Jaeger, a former corporate human resources executive and a recognized equity and diversity specialist, is founder of Human Capital People Based Solutions.

Judy has led work in employee and labour relations, performance management systems, and policy and program development and brings more than 20 years of experience in human resource and marketing disciplines.

Judy is past Chair of the Canadian Bankers’ Association Standing Committee on Employment Equity, a founding member and past President of Financial Women International in Canada and past President of the Diversity and Employment Equity Professionals’ Association (DEEPA).

She has spent time in the Netherlands and People’s Republic of China consulting and researching issues relating to diversity and gender. Judy is currently Chair of the Board for the Women’s Centre of York Region.
